Dr. No Video Artwork

Artwork for "Dr No / Goldfinger" release.
Does anyone know, where this was used?

Yes, this art appeared on the Beta tape version. I know because I had it.

I still have the video box for Dr. No with this artwork, which I used to make my own poster via a blown-up photograph. I've since gotten a poster in that image, which seems to have been a reissue to promote the videos. I'm guessing the original poster was itself a rendering of some Dr. No poster artwork for a Dr. No-Goldfinger double bill at, or around a few months after Goldfinger was released at the theaters? It seems the pairing of a current-release Bond movie with an older one was done to perpetuate theater attendance after the initial crowds have died down.

Wasn't this the keyart for the Multiple Toys 007 line in the 1960's? I recall Connery "winks" in that rendering.
