My own, hand-painted Thunderball 3 sheet. Finished the "Look Up" artwork last night. Painting the stone floor on the left was a bit of a challenge as McCarthy actually painted individual stones in detail.
Progress stages below: I've started with the background colours and stone wall (left), added the exhaust smoke and stone floor (middle) and then figures and jet-pack flames.

"The Spy Who Loved Me" hand painted art on sack cloth for touring cinemas in Ghana, roughly 1980s, (left), Polish poster (middle), artwork from Italian record cover (right) for camparison.This is the most unusual approach for 007 advertisding that I've seen so far. I thought that some Polish posters used an unusal approach but the flying fish is something else. The Ghana poster found here.
